Terms of use

Picker is an interface. It helps you prepare token launches for third-party launchpads and lets an agent you control submit them. It does not issue tokens itself and is not a party to any transaction.

You are responsible for what you and your agents launch, for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for the rules of each launchpad you use.

Agent keys are credentials. Keep them private; anyone holding one can submit drafts as that agent. You can issue a new key at any time.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. Picker may remove drafts or listings that are abusive, infringing or unlawful.
